Private Training

At Charles Rollins Fitness we believe that private training should actually be about the individual. That’s why our programming is based around your goals and what you bring to each session on any given day. Our professional and personable trainers are passionate about helping you get the results you desire and helping you discover a version of yourself that you might not even know could be.



Core performance group classes

Our group classes offer challenging and effective workouts with the added benefit of being surrounded by a motivated and supportive group of similarly focused individuals. Our workouts are a cut above and we work hard to ensure that everyone feels confident in adjusting each exercise to suit their current fitness level.


Nutrition services

If you’ve struggled in the past to reach your goals (or maintain the goals you have reached) we would be willing to bet the issue isn’t in your lack of dedication. The issue is more likely that you aren’t looking at the entire picture. How you fuel your workouts (and life) makes all the difference in creating and maintaining the changes you are working for.
