Here at Charles Rollins Fitness (CRF) we believe that in order to create effective change you have to appreciate the whole picture. CRF is about much more than workouts and nutrition. Our highly knowledgeable trainers have more than just impressive trainings under their belt, it’s the years of experience with people (just like you) that really set us apart. When it comes to supporting our clients we take a vested interest in their wellness as a whole. Chelsea Danae
Chelsea is a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST) and E-RYT 500 hour yoga instructor with an emphasis on biomechanics, pain management, and movement science. Her unique approach to working with clients combines strategies to increase strength and range of motion through deliberate and progressive movement and stretching.
Chelsea is passionate about helping others feel pain-free in their bodies and move better so that they can enjoy their activities of choice (and life in general) more. Ultimately she wants every client to feel empowered to develop a movement and stretching practice that is truly their own. Her message to you: “It doesn’t matter where you start, rather where you go.”
